Typhoon Yolanda is all over the news and having maternal instincts (Mom trained me), I can't help but panicked. I don't want to be stuck in our house again without anything, just like what happened to us last year. So, I grabbed my mom to go to the market with me and start our unplanned grocery shopping.

To My 2 Amazing Grandfather Up There

It's that time of the month again where we reminisce our loved ones who passed away ahead of us. It's the time of the month where we usually visit their graves. I just can't believe that it has been five years since we lost my grandfather from the maternal side and it has been three years since my grandfather from the paternal side passed away.

Everything is just fresh in my mind. The laughter, tears, dreams and all the memories we shared. I grew up with my grandparents and that's why I am more close to them than my parents. I am my two grandpa's youngest daughter. They treat me like a precious angel and they give me the sweetest gifts ever even if I always cry and looking for my parent's attention when I was still younger.

Household Pests Exterminator

My family has recently moved in an apartment. At first, they thought everything is okay in the new place. The apartment that they moved in is located in a close village and the apartment itself is not that big, so it would be easier for them to clean the whole place.

My mom was relieved that finally, they have moved. She told me how tired and worried she is about the different pests appearing every day in the old apartment. She’s worried about the problem those pests can cause the family’s health. She has been bugging me about moving to a new and cleaner place.

Mom and I feel relieved that finally, they’re away from those disease-causing pests. Well, that’s what we thought. My mother just recently told me about the new problem that she have about the new apartment. She found out that there are rats roaming around every night. One night, while everyone is sleeping soundly, she caught a rat in my brother’s bed and bit him. My brother suffered almost a week of fever. My mom freaked out to the highest level. She swore that she won’t let that ever happen again.

Dresses For Different Occasions

It's obvious that my friends or family haven't seen me so much wearing a dress, but to be darn honest... I wanted to wear one.

When was the last time I wore a dress??? Wait... I'm gonna walk through memory lane a bit.
Oh yes! The last time I wore a dress was when I got invited in a party in Surigao and it was last year 2011. I'm the jeans-and-blouse kind of girl, actually. But, that has changed after that party. I feel like I'm a real lady when I wear a dress.

That Was Close!

Whew! I almost give up. Today marks the expiration date of the domain of this blog. I lost hope when it's already 3:00 in the afternoon, and I was still unable to renew my domain because I don't have funds in my PayPal yet.

Haaa! I'm actually in the middle of thinking where to settle down in few years from now. Hahahaha! Yes, settle down. I'm already thinking of such things! :D

Of course, I'd like to stay in my country but it still depends where opportunities will take me. But as of now, considering my job... I'll probably move or live mostly in Asia.I have quite a list in my head right now.
