Prior to the official switching of the lights, the ceremony was preceded by lots of entertainment and fun activities beforeTutuban Properties, Inc. (TPI) executives and VIP guests gathered near the base of the giant Christmas tree and turned on the lights after a heart-pounding countdown, sending the crowd into a frenzy as the tree finally lit up to become a giant beaming and glittering beacon of hope for many during these trying times
A fireworks display followed that littered the night sky with vivid colors as the festivities continued on through the night. Now I can say that Philippines is a happy country despite all the negatives. There's nothing like it in the world and I so miss everything that I used to do back home!

That is very gigantic Christmas Tree sigh we don't have it here in Davao I mean there was once in Mana but they decided this year they will donate their expenses that they would incur in Yolanda Survivors so they will not put up Christmas as of this time.
