Hi everyone! :) Hope you had an amazing Sunday. So, how did you guys spent your Sunday? Well, if you ask me... I spent my Sunday at the church then bonded with my family after.
Even though I work from the comfort of our home, I rarely have the chance to spend quality time with my family but, I always make sure to make it up to them every once in a while.
You know, I don't have lots of friends. I even wonder if I do have real ones... and that explains why I rarely go out and get wild. My parents has raised me to be responsible. I was not born with a silver spoon, and at a young age I've witnessed how tough it is to live. So, my parents has become my peers. They are so cool. They can keep up with everything I do and I try to keep up with them too.
My Dad isn't working anymore. He has health issues and I told him to just stay at home with the kids and my Mom has a small eatery (carenderia) outside our home. Since my father stopped working, I took all the financial responsibilities; from monthly bills to my siblings' school tuition fee and just everything we have to pay. And I tell you, it's no fun at all but it makes me happy. I just want to give them an easy life.
So, the picture above shows the road, right? Yep! That's my parents. We spent our Sunday afternoon in the roads of Butuan City. Yes, a road trip! :) How cool is that? Just only me, my mom and dad in our motorcycle while the kids are having their bible study at the church.
I hope to spend another Sunday like this with the fambam. YAY!

You are very sweet and responsible daughter Sis. May God bless you more. Please be careful when you ride the motor...it's not the safest ride :-(
nice to see you have a great fam bonding Marie with your mom and dad, hope there will be more, and I admire your strength and dedication to be responsible for your family at your age, indeed, success is a choice, and you choose it.
You are a very good daughter! Like you, my family is poor but with perseverance and determination, we have been able to cope up with sometimes, nothingness. The Lord is good and He will bless you for what you are doing!
JUst like you, I grew up with the weight on my shoulder as well. Up until now that I have my own family, I still support my other siblings and my mother but it's okay.
Quality time with the family should always be a priority. I admire you in your desire to help your family. At such a young age, you are learning the true meaning of responsibility.
Hi, Marie! Kababayan! You are such a responsible person. God will bless you for taking care of your family.
sunday for me is a busy and tiring day. my daughter have an artclass every saturday and sunday. and playschool after art class. so we only have family bonding or lunch date on weekends. I dont have much friends here in malaysia hehe
Motorcycle ride reminds me of the last time I ride with my late brother. He passed away a couple of months after that.
You are such a sweet daughter! I salute those who always make it a point to be with family, no matter how busy or successful they have become. Go on and be a good role model in your community. Thank you for sharing.

You are so admirable, dear! Those time and efforts you spent and did with and for your parents will be blessed by God and before you know it, success will just be around the corner for you! God guides and bless you always!
though I am not the breadwinner of my family..I still try to help my mother with her finances, and yes it is not easy (I can't imagine you taking care of all your expenses.. such a hard work! kudos to you) but the feeling is really great.
SUnday is a family day! I spent my Sunday like we use to do every week. Take lunch..sleep..go to church..go to the mall...come back home and watch TV.
Sunday is such a special time in many households. I spend part of mine at church and the rest with family and friends.
The weather here is not so good. So we don't stay out for a long time. We just went to the church and buy few stuffs that we need. But the usual thing of walking in the park is not possible nowadays.
I am sure you have enough income online with all the finances you mentioned. Your parents are so lucky to have you. God Bless sis.. Wish you all the best.
