I'm 20 and Happy!

Wow! Time sure flies in a blink of an eye. Today is Rizal Day here in The Philippines and I am also celebrating my 20th birthday. Thanks to everyone who called, texted and greeted me through social networking sites. Today, I thanked God for the amazing 20 years of my life. It was a bumpy road for me... but, I did enjoyed the adventure. I thanked God for making me strong enough to pass all the challenges I had for the past years.

Teenager no more!!! Time for some serious stuffs, right? :)

My birthday cake... Sweet! :)
I just find it so cool how everyone in our home calls me Ate (eldest sister) while my TFD family and other online buddies calls me Bunso (youngest).

You Left Me With No Choice, Young Man!

I am the eldest among my six younger siblings. We grew up together and I looked after them since I was still on the 4th or 5th grade. My mom and dad back then were making a living together. They always travel to all parts of Mindanao every month. So, that makes me the parent for all six of them. I act like a their mother and father at the same time.

I saw them grow with my own two eyes. I am not even used to not seeing them even just for a day. In fact, our youngest's (6 years old now) first word was mama and she thought I was her mom. I disciplined them by myself because mom and dad can't do that at that moment. I taught them everything I know, from their assignments, respecting people and even household chores.

My younger brother. The child after me.

Who is He?

I get it. I was dreaming. It was just a dream (or was it?). But heck, why I am so affected by this particular dream? Okay, you probably got curious or confuse of what I am talking about.

Photo from queeky.com

I dreamed that I am with a girl friend and we were walking in our college hallway. Then we went to the bulletin board and check who got to be part in the school's editorial. And then this man suddenly appeared, in a marine student uniform. I don't know him, that was the first time I saw him but what I don't understand is that he looks familiar.

My First Wireless Optical Mouse

Yay! I am so happy that today, I received this token of appreciation from Mr. Richard Mamuyac of AMPR Publicity and Communications. I thought it's just another mouse that I used to have and I told myself... "Sayang. I already bought a new mouse few days ago." But, when I actually opened it, it's WIRELESS and it's Genius! :)

I was excited to try it out since it's my first ever wireless optical mouse. It supports Windows 8/7/Vista/XP, MAC OS X 10.4 or later and it requires an available USB port in your computer or laptop.

Best Friend

Ivy; my best friend. ♥
I know, sooner or later you'll no longer feel my presence...
You'll never even miss my absence.

I just hope someday,
When our roads meet again...

It Doesn't Make Sense

As the car moves toward home, my thoughts don't seem to want to go there just yet.

I Will Always Remember

There is one memory
that floods my brain
every five minutes.

It reminds me
over
and over
and over again,
I'm the reason
that you
are gone.

Memories might keep you alive.

But they might
kill
me.
