I'm Trying to Sleep!

Most of you know that I work online. And as that said, I often stay awake during nighttime because of the time difference here in the Philippines and my employer from UK. Yes, I'm wide awake at night and sleeping like a vampire during the day. At first, I was cool with that.

Well, not until the boss has moved to Thailand which means Philippines is just one hour ahead. The working hours has changed. I am now working during the day and supposed to be sleeping at night. Well, too bad my sleeping isn't back to normal.

Now, my sleeping schedule is really a big mess. Why? Because after a long day work, I'm tired, stressed and all that and I really need some sleep but I can't sleep since thought keeps coming in when I'm on my bed. I can't seem to let them go away. So what I do is, I write down all the ideas I get and until I can't help it, I open the computer and start doing my thing. It's happening every night and I really hate it now. I look so stressed already with all these pimples uninvited in my face plus the eye bags I get for not sleeping on time! :(

Does this happens to you too? If so, what do you do about it? Please help me! comments

hopefully you get back to your normal sleeping habit again, it is not always easy to shift our body clock. i usually have no problem sleeping unless I cause my body clock to shift, that is I go to bed way too past my sleeping time. :(

Your body clock will set itself again. Just give it a little bit more time to adjust.

Piece of advise sis, before you go home from work have a good walk at the mall or park to flush out the stressful thoughts. Or if you are working from home, before going to bed, drink a glass of warm milk and listen to a soothing music.

Sooner or later, your body will naturally adjust to its environment. Mas maigi ng di ka makatulog bunso, kaysa di ka na magising.
