You Are What You Eat

I keep reminding myself to stop eating unhealthy foods that I usually eat before I started the Master Cleanse diet.

Yay! I'm really aiming for a healthy and active 2013. I am now jogging regularly and some simple workouts for a rookie like me. I'm also trying out Pilates at home and my instructor is some YouTube videos. How cool is that? :)

I am now eating more vegetables and fruits than before. I also stopped eating junk and processed foods.
My main purposes for doing the Master Cleanse is to have a good self-esteem, lose weight and to have a good self-esteem, I need to have a good and fit body, well, at least for me! :)

I'm trying to achieve Miley Cyrus' body while she's doing Pilates. comments

Just do it for yourself sis, not to look like somebody else. Why not have the fit body that Miley will envy for a change hehehe

With proper discipline, you can achieve your goal. I am a veggie and fruit lover myself and I exercise once in a while (am guilty of not exercising regularly lol).

so guilty here :( though i have no problems with exercising since my hobby is very physically demanding, and i eat fruits and vegetables everyday since they are my fave, just super love them, however, i also super crave taste of home sometimes, and today, i just ate "chicharon bulaklak" aside from eating a lot of leche flan, haaaaay. good luck, i know you can do it!!

Girls waterloo talaga ang weightnila. I am at a lost in why women is so concern sa figure nila. Eh I find some chubby girls cute . Marunong ka lang magdala. But I do agree with your observation. You are what you eat.. Eh paano naman si misis, puro sardinas na lang kinakain.

Good luck toyour Master Cleanse journey Marie. Losing weight is also part of my 2013 plan. I just wish I can do it this time.

I started with buying a ZUMBA instructional DVD but I can seldom play it because Bella occupies the TV and DVD player most of the time.

Keep us posted with your progress ha para ma encourage din ako. LOL

Kudos to you for working your way towards a healthy lifestyle. I still have to figure out how to convince the hubby so that we can finally get into healthier diet.

I couldn't agree more! We are what we eat and I am truly wondering how there people I see here get so HUGE makes me feel sorry for their health.

I like to do Zumba and paddle the recumbent bike to get my cardio exercise and it does makes me feel good.I have heard about the Pilates form of exercise and they said it works so well for them

I tried this master cleance thingy, and it did not last especially the lemonade diet. I was scared that I may faint due to hunger while driving. Good luck to you though.

If I am what I eat, sana maging Coca-Cola body nga ako!! Hehehe =D

It's good to know that you're more into healthy eating now! Shempre, exercise and proper diet at discipline, nothing is impossible! ;) I have been working out, too for a year now.. Giving birth to 3 kids in 3 years has gotten its toll on my body, that's why I had to bounce back.. Ngayon naman po, problema ko, I lost so much weight, and I'm trying to gain some pounds back that's why I cut down my workout..

I wish you the best! =)
