Every business aims a better relationship with their customers for a better and smooth business transaction and hit a bigger market. But, before hitting a bigger market one has to accomplish a lot and get good feedback from your customers.


To have a better relationship with your customers, you have to improve your business' customer service. A good customer service is the lifeblood of any business. You can offer any kind of promotions and lower your products' prices, your business won't live for long. Unless, you can win your customer's trust and loyalty.

I agree with this. To serve better, they must listen to the customers and watch out for the flaws. From there, they'll improve so that the customers will be satisfied with the service thus, their business will keep going as long as they just listen to what they want and improve in that area.. :)

Here in the US, customer satisfaction is guaranteed for most of the businesses. I find it really nice esp. that I didn't experience this kind of service back in Philippines!

What could CRM mean? Anyway, I work in the customer service business, retail specifically, so everyday, I make sure that the customers we serve are satisfied and become loyal. Even though some people are different and vent out on front enders, we still have to make sure they come back.

Customer service. Every business needs to give it importance. Don't you just hate it when stores don't treat you the way that they should? That means that the store doesn't have good customer service. Thanks for this blog! ^_^
